House ravaged by flood during Harvey, destroyed in fire

HOUSTON - A home in west Houston that was severely damaged after Hurricane Harvey caught fire Tuesday.

The fire was reported just before 4:30 a.m. at the home on Boheme Drive near west Gaywood Drive.

Neighbors said the family who owns the home had not been living there due to flood damage but had been in and out cleaning up.
They were not home at the time of the fire.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
