Home invasion suspect accused of attacking 3

HOUSTON - Houston police say a man has been arrested on charges he forced his way into a home and helped sexually assault three people.

Police say a second man accused in the March 26 attack remains at large.

Harris County Jail records show 25-year-old Philip Don Oliver Jr. was held without bond Friday on charges of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and aggravated sexual assault. Online records did not list an attorney for Oliver.

Police say a man, his wife and his mother-in-law were sexually assaulted at the couple's apartment. Police say the attackers demanded $200,000 from the male victim, who recognized one of the suspects.

According to court documents, Oliver put a gun to a 6-month-old baby girl's head and threatened to kill her.

Detectives said Oliver and his accomplice stole the family's car after the attack.

Oliver was arrested Wednesday at another apartment complex.

Investigators said he has confessed to the crime, but he has refused to name his accomplice.
