Help police find suspects who robbed Houston McDonald's

HOUSTON - Police are hoping newly released surveillance video and photos will help them find the three suspects wanted for robbing a McDonald's  in north Houston.

It happened around 12 a.m. on November 22 at the McDonald's in the 17200 block of Tomball Parkway.

Houston police said three suspects, posing as customers, pulled up to the drive-thru window. One of the suspects got out of the vehicle, pointed a gun at an employee and demanded cash from the register.

Officials said that suspect then jumped through the window and assaulted an employee.

Two other employees stepped in and fought with the suspect, according to police. They were able to eventually gain control of the gun. During the struggle, authorities said several gunshots were fired but no one was hit.

Police said another suspect was armed with a shotgun and fired a shot from outside into the drive-thru window.

All three suspects, who are described as black men, then ran from the McDonald's leaving behind the vehicle and some clothes.

Anyone who can identify the wanted suspects is asked to call the HPD Robbery Division at 713-308-0700 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
