FREEPORT, Texas – There's some fowl play going on in Freeport. A loose chicken is on the run, and Freeport police can't seem to catch it.
Freeport Police Department posted a funny video on its Facebook page of an officer trying to apprehend the feathered suspect.

"Officer Curtis Land had the challenge of trying to apprehend a loose chicken. He gave it his best Rocky Balboa impression but he lost sight of the bird around Church's Chicken restaurant. Not sure what happened to it from there. If anyone sees it, we have a warrant for Felony Fowl Evading!"
Other people could be heard laughing in the background with someone asking, "I want to know where the dang chicken came from."
