Fulfill this little girl's wish: How to send holiday mail to little Ruby Mae Millea

By CNN

BOSTON - A little girl in the Boston area with cancer is asking for mail this holiday season.

Ruby Mae Millea, 4, has stage 4 neuroblastoma.

Neuroblastoma is a childhood cancer that starts in the nerve cells and affects children ages 5 and younger.

Ruby has been battling the disease since June, and is now undergoing chemotherapy treatment at Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center, WCVB reported.

Recently, Ruby underwent major surgery that removed 95 percent of her tumor. With the holidays upon us, one of Ruby's nurses decided to get her a gift: a mailbox.

Ruby’s mother, Nicole Millea, said her daughter loved it.

Now, the family is hoping you can send her some mail to keep her smiling while she spends the holidays in the hospital.

If you’d like to send Ruby mail, here’s the address:

Neely Pediatric Bone Marrow Unit
Floating 6
755 Washington St.
Boston MA 02111
c/o Catherine Cattley

Her GoFundMe account, “Team Ruby,” raised more than $50,000 and reached its new goal of $60,000 to help with little Ruby’s medical costs.
