FRIENDWOOD, Texas – Friendswood police are searching for burglars Wednesday morning near Clear Creek, officials said.
The burglary was reported about 5:15 a.m.

Police said officers and tracking dogs are searching the area of FM Road 528 along the banks of Clear Creek, in the 400 block of East Parkwood Avenue.
Investigators said that one person is in custody, but two or three other people connected to the break-in are believed to be on foot in the area. They did not release a description of the people.
Police said anyone who sees anything suspicious should immediately call police.
