Officials then temporarily suspended concerts due to another day of lighting in Houston on Sunday, but later tweeted the remainder of the event was canceled because of unsafe weather conditions.

People who purchased tickets will be given a 50 percent refund within the next 7 to 10 business days. Officials said ticket holders who purchased tickets for Sunday will get a full refund.
