Fort Bend ISD high school to operate on two-hour delay due to power outage

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas – Kempner High School in the Fort Bend Independent School District will be starting two hours late Thursday Morning.

Due to a power outage, the buses are now scheduled to run two hours later than normal, and classes will begin at 9:30 a.m.
