HOUSTON – Firefighters battled a house fire Tuesday in northeast Houston.
The fire broke out around 10 a.m. at a home on Jay at Elbert Street.

According to officials, a woman in a wheelchair lives at the home. She was able to safely get herself out, firefighters said.
No one was injured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
