HOUSTON - The first thing you notice when you step outside Wednesday will be the chill in the air.
"Temperatures start in the 50s this morning, and we'll really be watching Thursday's temperatures to see if we break the record," says Meteorologist Anthony Yanez.
The record low of 49 degrees was set back in 1890.
There will be scattered showers Wednesday morning, but the skies clear this afternoon. High of 69.
