HOUSTON - DPS troopers arrested a 21-year-old driver after they say she lead them on a high-speed chase late Tuesday night.

Sarah Brandt is accused of leading police on a chase after she refused to pull over for DPS troopers on I-10 in Waller County.
Officials said Brandt was driving a silver Dodge Magnum over 100 miles per hour from Waller, through Katy .

Investigators said when she got to the Westpark Toll Way, there was traffic.

Troopers said she rammed into several cars attempting to get away.
A state trooper who was directly behind Brandt pulled out his weapon and shot the rear, driver side tire.
That's when the Brandt surrendered to police.
Four other people were in the car with Brandt. Officials also took them into custody.
Troopers said they found drug paraphernalia on all five people in the car.
