HOUSTON – A man is dead after a motorcycle crash in southwest Houston Friday evening.
Houston police believe the driver was speeding when he took the ramp from the Southwest Freeway feeder road to the West Sam Sam Houston Parkway feeder. He slammed into the barrier wall and was ejected from the bike, police say.

The crash happened around 6 o’clock at 12301 South Sam Houston Parkway West. Police say the driver’s body went over the wall and landed in Keegans Bayou.
Police say his body was found by someone passing by. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has not been identified.
