Help FBI find armed man who robbed Chase Bank

HOUSTON – Authorities are searching for the man who robbed a Chase Bank in southwest Houston.

It happened just before 10 a.m. Tuesday at the bank in the 12400 block of S. Post Oak Road.

The FBI says the robber approached the teller and demanded money. He left the bank after receiving cash.

Investigators describe the robber as a black man, 25-35 years old, and 5 feet 9 inches tall with a medium build.

Officials say there are no surveillance photos to release at the time, but the man had a gun and wore dark clothing to conceal his identity.

Crime Stoppers of Houston is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest in the case. Anyone with information should call the tip line at 713-222-TIPS or the Houston FBI office at 713-693-5000.
