HOUSTON – An overturned dump truck on Monday blocked the ramp from northbound 59 Eastex Freeway to westbound 610 North Loop.
The crash was reported at 7:54 a.m.

Houston TranStar reported that a heavy truck had lost its load on the ramp. Houston police tweeted that the vehicle was a dump truck that had flipped.
TranStar cameras showed traffic was being diverted onto eastbound 610 North Loop. By 11 a.m., the ramp had reopened.
It was not immediately clear if anyone was injured.
