HOUSTON - The Harris County Constable's Office in Precinct 5 is trying to find a "dognapper."
Someone broke into an apartment in Southwest Houston on Tuesday and took cash and valuables but didn't stop there.
The Constable's Office said when the resident came home and found a broken window and her apartment broken into, she also noticed her Exotic Bully dog, "Blue," was gone.
This happened in the 2200 block of Avenida La Quinta.
A lawn worker told deputy constables he saw a man walking through the apartment complex parking lot holding "Blue."
The "dognapper" is described as an African-American man, about 5 feet 8 inches tall who goes by the name of "N.O." He was wearing a blue hoodie and a red T-shirt underneath.
If anyone has information about this case, please contact the Constable's Office Precinct 5.
