HOUSTON – An armored truck flipped onto its side Wednesday during a crash in north Houston.
The crash was reported at 8:11 a.m. at the intersection of the North Freeway and Airtex Drive.
According to Harris County deputies, the truck hit a light pole and then rolled over.
Video from Sky 2 showed crews working to right the truck, which appeared to have sustained significant damage. Oil also appeared to have spilled out of the truck’s engine.
Minor injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
