MERKEL, Texas - The Amber Alert for Zoey Alexis Limon, 13, who went missing near Abilene was canceled Wednesday around 3 p.m., according to the Merkel Police Department.

Police are searching for three suspects, Adryana Elizabeth Limon, 33,  Jimmy Wayne McQueen, 26, and Joe Damien Valdez, 18, in connection with Zoey's abduction, officials said.

It is unknown how the suspects were connected to Zoey or if the suspects have been taken into custody.

Officials said Zoey has not been found, but they canceled the Amber Alert because they do not have enough information to administer an Amber Alert.

We will update you with more information when we receive it.

Editor's Note: DPS initially said the Amber Alert was discontinued because Zoey Alexis Limon was found safe, but then called to tell us that the alert was discontinued because of insufficient information.
