HOUSTON - There's been a major milestone for a 4-year-old boy still in a hospital after being struck by a stray bullet in May.
For the first time, Sir Romeo Milam was able to walk on his own without assistance Tuesday.
His family posted a video to Instagram, showing him walking into the arms of his favorite doctor at Texas Children's Hospital.
Houston police say two groups of men were in a shootout at the Kings Row Apartments in Sunnyside when one of the bullets struck Sir Romeo in the stomach as he watched television inside his apartment.
So far, there have been no arrests in this shooting.
