Officials reported that Elliot Patrick Jacquet, 18, Charles Lamont Waller, 18, Michael James Williams, 18, and Xavier Dandre Lavallais, 19, would target high school-age students as the students walked home from school.

The four would select someone who was displaying electronic devices, such as headphones or cell phones, then they would assault the victim and steal their property.

Bonds for the suspects were set at $50,000.

Jacquet is in Brazoria County Jail, but will be transported to Fort Bend County, where Lavallais, Williams and Waller are currently being held.
