300 dogs found living in filth

Most dogs found in Montgomery County home are pit bulls

HOUSTON - More than 300 dogs were seized from a Montgomery County home on Tuesday.

Officers said they found the dogs at a home on Calvary Road near Interstate 45 after they received a search warrant to search the house.

Deputies said the dogs were found hungry, dirty and living in filth. Most of the dogs are pit bulls.

The dogs are currently being evaluated by veterinarians.

Deputies have not yet said if charges will be filed against the owner of dogs.
