3 arrested for drug possession, may also face theft charges, police say

WALLER COUNTY, Texas – Three people have been arrested and are facing drug possession charges after police executed a search warrant at a property in the 17000 block of Dogwood Drive in Conroe on Dec. 1.

The trio may also face theft charges after police said they found stolen property at the location as well.

On Nov. 14, police conducted a traffic stop on a trailer displaying a stolen license plate. A follow-up investigation revealed the trailer was stolen out of Harris County and it was purchased from Jason Derrick Baughman, out of Montgomery County, according to police.

After a fly-by of the property, police observed several other trailers parked on the property, and were able to confirm several of them were also stolen.

After the search warrant was executed, police recovered several stolen items in addition to 160 grams of methamphetamine and $3,200 in cash.

Jason Derrick Baughman, 42, Ryan Coleman Wulfjen, 34, and Jessica Joyce, 27 were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. The theft investigation is still ongoing and could result in further criminal charges being filed, police said.
