HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating after a body was recovered from the San Jacinto River Friday morning, investigators said.
The discovery was made around 10:15 a.m. near a railroad trestle construction site in the 200 block of Hamblen Road.
Homicide detectives and Houston Lake Patrol are investigating the scene.
The person's identity has not been released. It is unknown if there was any foul play.
