A 4-year-old boy was reunited with his parents after he was found wandering alone in a Fulshear community Monday night, according to Fort Bend County deputies.
Fulshear police said officers found a boy named Carter on Liberty Heights and Blanco Ridge in the Cross Creek Ranch Community.
