Video: Employee held at gunpoint during robbery at Peruvian restaurant in southwest Houston

HOUSTON – A violent robbery was caught on surveillance video at a Peruvian restaurant in southwest Houston. 

Investigators released the video in hopes of tracking down the four men connected to the crime, which happened Aug. 11 at the Peru Cafe Express on the Southwest Freeway.

Surveillance video shows the men going through the back door, then forcing an employee to the ground at gunpoint.

Police said the crooks stole money from the register before taking off.
