HPD announces 164 offenders arrested in 2-week parole violator operation

League City men promise repairs, steal thousands from New Jersey homeowners, officials say

A League City man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly stealing tens of thousands of dollars from New Jersey homeowners who hired him as a contractor to make repairs to their homes following  Hurricane Sandy, officials said. Read more. >
