We're halfway there! It's Wednesday, and we've only got two more days until the weekend.

Today is also National Pickle Day. I'm not a fan of them myself, but there are plenty of people who enjoy them. In fact, according to the Mt. Olive Pickle Company, Americans consume nearly 20 billion pickles every year. That works out to about 2.5 billion pounds of pickles!
