Restored mission control consoles delivered to Houston

HOUSTON – It's been nearly 50 years since men landed on the moon, and on Thursday, the mission's operation control that got them there is back in Houston.

The restored pieces of history were delivered to Ellington Field.

KPRC2 cameras were there as the mission control consoles were unloaded from NASA's Super Guppy aircraft.

The consoles are the centerpieces of an entire restoration of the mission operations control room.
