Habanero Mexican Grill - 14520 Memorial

Violation: Inspectors discovered rodent droppings/rodent waste in the dry food storage area. Order to restaurant, eliminate all rodents.

Damian’s Cucina Italiana - 3011 Smith

Violation: Inspectors found multiple cockroaches in restaurant. Found a dead roach on the edge of the microwave oven. Found on live roach on the edge of the reach-in-freezer. Found three roaches in the corner of the reach-in-freezer.

Papa John’s Pizza - 3210 Montrose

Violation: Discovered rodent excrement in the storage are along with the pizza boxes. Order given to eliminate the presence of rodents.
