Phoenix Suns brighten child's day after no one came to birthday party
PHOENIX – The Phoenix Suns turned sorrow in celebration Wednesday, as they welcomed a young boy who went viral because nobody came to his birthday party.
Six-year-old Teddy Bollinger chose to have his party at a pizza place in Tucson earlier this month.
But when the time came, nobody showed up.
Heartbroken, his mom shared the story on social media.
The Suns saw the post and decided to invite him and his parents to Wednesday night's game against the Lakers.
Teddy was welcomed with cheerleaders, a custom jersey, and birthday crown and more.
