HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A good Samaritan was injured Wednesday while he was helping a stranded driver.
Authorities said the man was helping a stranded driver near the intersection of Woodcreek Lane and Aldine Westfield Road when he was struck and pinned between two vehicles.
The man was taken to an area hospital with major injuries to both legs, according to officials.
It is not clear if the driver of the second vehicle will face any charges. He told authorities that he didn't see the other vehicle in time to react.
The driver of the initial vehicle was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
