Man dies while trying to drive to hospital after being shot 5 times, police say
HOUSTON – A man died after he was shot at an apartment complex, Houston police said.
Aaron Duckworth, 40, was shot around 1:45 a.m. at Victorian Apartment Homes after an argument with with a group of people escalated.
Police said Duckworth was shot five times in the chest and was trying to drive himself to a hospital.
He was found at the intersection of Shannon Hills Drive and Cook Road in southwest Houston, about a half-mile away from the apartment, where he crashed his vehicle and collapsed, police said.

No arrests have been made.
