HOUSTON – A man was found face-down, dead in a northeast Houston neighborhood Saturday morning.
Houston homicide detectives said they were called to the scene around 10 a.m. in the 7300 block of Texarkana Street near the Fifth Ward.

The victim is described as a Hispanic male, but police said they are working to learn more about his identity.
