2 people injured in possible road rage shooting, police say

HOUSTON – Two people were hospitalized Saturday after being injured in a possible road rage shooting in west Houston, police said.

The shooting was reported around 7:30 p.m. in the 12600 block of Richmond Avenue.

Police said the two men, believed to be in their 20s, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were taken to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in stable condition. They have not been identified.

Witnesses told police the motive might have been road rage.

The suspect is described as a black man in his late 20s, about 6 feet tall and weighing around 200 pounds. He has tattoos on both arms and was wearing a white tank top with dark gray basketball shorts.
