HOUSTON – A funnel-cake loving 6-year-old took home the mutton bustin' prize Wednesday night at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Tyler Rowe, of Rosharon, had the high score of the night with a 92.
His sheep made it to the end, then traveled along the barrier and Tyler kept hanging on!
Tyler said he likes to eat funnel cake at the Midway carnival.
He appeared to be distracted by the jumbotron and wanted to see himself on the big screen.
Tyler added that he had practiced mutton bustin' once before.
His secret to winning?
"I grabbed the wool," he said.
Tyler said he wants to be a monster truck driver when he grows up.
