A City of South Houston police officer was injured Thursday while he was leading a funeral procession in Tomball, Houston Police said.
It happened near Tomball Parkway and Boudreaux Estates, police said.
The officer was alert and taken to an area hospital.
Police are working to learn more about this incident.
