HOUSTON – A man died after following a drive-by shooting in northwest Houston, but not before he was able to give details to police, officials said.
Police said the victim, who had been shot multiple times, went to Northwest Memorial Hospital around 11 p.m. Saturday.

Before he died, he was able to tell police that he had been the victim of a drive-by shooting and gave them a description of the vehicle.
Officers said they spotted a vehicle matching his description and detained a person of interest. Â
Police said they are working to determine where the shooting took place.
