HOUSTON – A 15-year-old was shot in the Third Ward on Thursday night, according to police.
The boy was shot near the 3500 block of Elgin Street, near Scott Street, authorities said.
The teen then drove to the intersection of Scott Street and Drew Street, where he was taken to the hospital.
No arrests have been made, police said.
The extent of the teen's injuries is not known at this time.
