HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle in northwest Harris County on Tuesday night around 6:40 p.m., according to authorities.
The woman was struck by a vehicle near the intersection of West Road and Beltway 8.

The woman was taken to a hospital in Cy Fair where she died, authorities said.
The driver stayed on the scene.
