HOUSTON – Police are searching for a man believed to be responsible for killing another man just blocks away from Texas Southern University Monday morning.
It happened around 5:30 a.m. in the 4900 block of Isabella St. in Houston, police say.

Police believe the two men were on bicycles and got into an altercation.
Houston police said witnesses heard multiple gunshots on the street and then saw the victim lying in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Witnesses reported seeing someone described only as a black male dressed in black fleeing the area on a bicycle shortly after the shooting.
Police are working to determine the suspect and victim's identification.
