Click2Daily: Restaurant's Orbit Juice inspired by Astros World Series run

HOUSTON – A Houston restaurant is showing their support for the hometown Astros during the World Series by creating a new cocktail in its honor.

Bosscat Kitchen & Libations is putting a twist on a traditional Paloma drink to create "Orbit Juice," an Astros-inspired cocktail that is only available during the World Series.

"This was a team effort. We were all sitting around getting psyched for the World Series and we said, 'Let's do a cocktail with it and let's come up with a fun name,'" Matt Sharp, bar director at Bosscat Kitchen, said. "So we went with Orbit, the mascot for the Astros. Once in awhile, it looks like he might have had one or two cocktails so this is the Orbit Juice."

The refreshing drink includes several ingredients like tequila, grapefruit, citrus and bitters. The beverage costs $8.

Bosscat Kitchen & Libations is located at 4310 Westheimer Road, suite 150.
