MISSOURI CITY, Texas – A man was found dead inside a Missouri City home after a SWAT standoff, according to police.
The Houston Police Department, SWAT and negotiations team members were on the scene where a man was barricaded inside a home near Missouri City, according to authorities.
The man was barricaded inside a home at 8627 Quail Hills Drive after two sisters told police he pulled out a rifle during an argument.
The girls said they heard a single gunshot as they ran out of the house.
SWAT was not able to make contact with the man, so they sent in a robot. The man was found dead with a single gunshot wound, according to police.
