Four men who were climbing England's highest mountain had to be rescued because they were "incapable of walking due to cannabis use," police said.
According to The Guardian, Cumbria police responded to a call about a group running into difficulty on Scafell Pike, a 3,210 foot mountain peak.
"Persons phoning Cumbria police because they are stuck on a mountain, after taking cannabis. Now having to deploy [mountain] rescue, air support and ambulance to rescue them. Words fail us...," wrote a spokesperson for the force on Facebook.
Authorities successfully brought the men to safety, but warn climbers to "never underestimate the mountains and always be prepared before setting out."
Officers have spoken to the men, but say no arrests have been made.
