New surveillance video shows man robbing McDonald's

HOUSTON – Police have released surveillance video in hopes of tracking down a man who they believe is connected to a series of robberies at Houston area fast-food stops. 

The video shows an incident from July 29 at a McDonald's on Lockwood Street in northeast Houston.

A man is seen pulling up to the window in a newer-model blue sedan and hands money to the employee. When she opens the register, he reaches through the window and grabs the cash drawer.

He then took off with an unknown amount of money and is still at large.

Investigators believe he may be connected to at least five robberies, most taking place at McDonald's locations and one at a Burger King.
