HOUSTON – A man is in the hospital and facing DWI charges after he allegedly caused a collision Saturday night, deputies said.
According to Harris County deputies, the driver was speeding down Westheimer when he tried to go around another car. Instead, deputies said, the driver hit the back corner of an Infiniti and flipped his SUV.

The driver of the Infiniti was not injured in the collision.
The driver of the SUV was transported to the hospital via a life flight.
