Person dies after falling from work site in Midtown

HOUSTON – Houston police are responding to a construction site in Midtown where one person has died in a fall, police said.

Police said the person fell at about 4 p.m. from the building at 2727 Travis St. near McGowen.

It is unclear how the person fell. The identity of the person has not been released.
