Congresswoman hosts health care rally at Houston City Hall

HOUSTON – U.S. Rep. Shelia Jackson Lee, D-Houston, hosted a rally Monday against the Republican-backed health care bill in the Senate.

Lee billed the event as the “Don’t Take My Health Care March and Rally.”

The event began about noon at Houston City Hall. After a nearly two-hour-long rally, the group marched through downtown Houston.
