Man accused of taking photos up woman's skirt at H-E-B in Cypress appears in court

CYPRESS, Texas – A man accused of taking inappropriate photos of a woman at a Cypress grocery store appeared in court Tuesday.

Issac Smith, 20, was arrested Monday on charges of improper photography.

According to court documents, Smith was caught on surveillance video trying to take cellphone pictures up a shopper's skirt at an H-E-B store on Fry Road and Tuckerton last week.

Smith is out of jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

Smith's court date was reset and charges are pending.
