SDI Realty Advisors announced that construction has begun and the 39,000-square-foot, single-level retail center will be transformed into a 72,000-square-foot center with two levels.
The new two-story center will feature a ground-level restaurant, retail space and boutique office space. Tenants will benefit from being in a center located in one of Houston’s main east-west thoroughfares with 265 parking spaces, developers said.
“We envision a great opportunity for the restaurant and business community of Bellaire to prosper in a new and improved Bellaire Town Center,” said Ken Delery, co-founding partner of SDI Realty Advisors. “And we are eager to bring these visions to life.”
Construction of the first building, Phase 1, is expected to be completed by January 2018. The second and third buildings, Phase 2, are expected to be finished by fall 2018.
