Rice wowed the judges last week and made it to the top 12 during Monday night playoffs. She was selected by her coach, Alicia Keys.

“Working with Alicia Keys, she's saved me twice now,” said Rice. “Her doing that shows me she believes in something, she sees something in me, and I feel like I have a lot more to give.”

Rice said the audience should expect to see more of her “artistry” and “soul” during her performance on Monday night.

From now on, which contestants stay and which contestants go will be determined by America’s vote.

The live rounds begin at 7 p.m. Monday.

"The Voice" results show is at 7 p.m. Tuesday night.
