HOUSTON – A man’s body was discovered Thursday in a vacant lot in northwest Houston, police said.
The discovery was reported at 4:55 p.m. in the 100 block of East Rogers Street.

Houston police said a Realtor who was taking pictures at a home found the body nearby and called police.
Investigators said there were no signs of trauma on the body, which was badly decomposed.
The man’s identity has not been released.
